Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Standard shipping (3-5 business days): $7.95 flat rate on orders under $200
• Free standard shipping on all orders of $200 or more

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KÂYA DE TRA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at tikaaguilar@kayadetra.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item so we can make it right.
